Director

Griena “Goody” Choi-Trask grew up as a Suzuki violin student and has been teaching music for over 28 years. Her experiences as a performer, Suzuki teacher, orchestra conductor, college instructor, public school teacher, master class teacher, Suzuki Institute director, and parent add to her passion about the Suzuki philosophy. Goody holds a Bachelor of Music (Vocal Performance) and Masters of Music Education degrees from the University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music with a CA single subject music teaching credential. She is also the director of the Mountain House High School Choirs and Orchestras. She lives in Mountain House with her husband, son, and three and a half dogs.
